The project consisted of the research, evaluation and recommendations for the current and future conditions of the Downtown parking supply for the City. The current facilities provide parking for thousands of people that use Downtown on a daily basis. BASE Consultants assisted with all phases of the study, performing parking inventories, analyzing demand, and preparing rate recommendations for the City.
