The Orange County Public Schools new K-8 school is a 310,000sf, 9 building campus which includes a three-story classroom building, an EHPA rated gymnasium, media center building, central energy plant, cafeteria, a Boys and Girls Club building, a Rosen Preschool building, a community clinic/hub, and a three story, approximately 84,000sf, precast parking garage. The buildings are constructed of multi-story tilt-up concrete walls, composite steel floors and steel joist roofs.
