OCPS Continuing Services

The scope of work includes preparing construction documents for both renovations and new facilities, as well as performing non-destructive, visual inspections of the structural components of the interior (gymnasium) and exterior bleachers at all OCPS facilities as required by Florida Department of Education’s State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF). BASE provides OCPS with findings and repair/rehabilitation recommendations pursuant to satisfying the guidelines of the International Code Council 300 Standard and the National Fire Protection Association 102 Standard as required by the Florida Building Code.
