The typical projects assigned under this contract include new construction, renovation, remodeling, and other building maintenance, equipment installation, pre-engineered metal buildings, and fire code corrections. To date the projects completed or currently in design include the following: Aquatic Pathology Mechanical Platform, Building 175 Assessment, Sun Terrace Expansion Feasibility, Loading Dock Floor Crack Repair, Buckman Hall Roof Repairs, WARP Building Renovations, Corry Village Stair Replacement, Chemical Engineering Building Stair Repair, UF@Santa Fe Building H, Library Roof Gardens Assessment, Medical Sciences Building Auditorium Assessment, and Recreational Building Restroom Floor Replacement. Construction costs for the typical minor projects will not exceed $2 million.
